BEDDING AND LINEN
The bedrooms are on the first floor.
One badroom has a double bed (200*160cm) with 2 mattresses, 1 large duvet, 2 pillows and 2 mattress protectors.
Each of the other two bedrooms has two single beds (200*90cm). In one of the two bedrooms the two single beds can be arranged side by side or separately, in the third bedroom the single beds cannot be set side by side. Each bed has a mattress (with topper), a duvet, a pillow and a mattress protector.
As far as the bedlinen (duvet cover, sheet, pillow case) concerns, you can choose:
- Either you bring along your own bed linen
- or we take care of neatly made beds upon your arrival (see pricing scheme)
ARRIVAL
Check-in between 4:00 and 6:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. We will welcome you on site and give you a quick tour.
DEPARTURE
On the day of departure at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed, we will be there to wave you goodbye and to collect the keys.

PETS AND SMOKING
- Pets "on request". We kindly request you to inform us in advance. We appreciate that you remove all dog/cat feces in the garden at all time.
- It is not allowed to smoke in the house. An ashtray can be found in the garden house.
- Villa Grillons is a detached house surrounded by a garden and fenced by a +180cm hedge, ensuring privacy and safety for young children
- The garden is accessible from the outside via a double and a single wooden port
- The garden house can be used to store bikes
- Two sunny terraces with garden furniture (including parasol)
- On the ground floor are the entrance hall with toilet, the open kitchen, a spacious living room (with TV, a large leather 4-seat sofa, 2 small leather sofas, a coffee table), a comfortable dining room and a shower room wih wash basin
- A large chessboard, board games, comic strips, magazines and books make your stay even more cosy and relaxing
- On the first floor you have the 3 bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with bath, toilet and 2 sinks
- The kitchen in fully equipped: a multifunctional oven, an induction hob, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. Furthermore a large collection of pots, pans, cutlery, glasses and crockery.
- In the small storage room you will find a washing machine, a drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and a first aid kit.
- We provide - at no charge - the kitchen linen and products for washing, dishwasher and washing machine.
- A baby cot (including linen and a duvet), a growth chair or high chair are available free of charge upon request. We kindly ask you to indicate this upon booking or before your arrival.
GARBAGE
- We provide you with one blue bin liner (plastic, metal) and 1 rest garbage bin liner.
- The calendar of the garbage collecting service can be found in the website of Koksijde (www.koksijde.be).
- Rest garbage and blue bin liners can be purchased per unit at the local Spar/Weekend in Sint Idesbald or at the local Office of Tourism
- In the garden house you can find one plastic container for glass and one cardboard box for paper.
- We kindly ask you to sort the waste.
FINAL CLEANING
- The final cleaning is paid together with the rental price. We hope to find the house in good condition when you leave.
DAMAGE/LIABILITY
- The tenant undertakes to use Villa Grillons with due care and to leave the house on departure without any damage. The tenant is responsible for damage caused by himself and by the persons to stay or come to visit him during the rental period. Any damage will be charged to the tenant.
- The landlord cannot be held liable for damage or injury caused to the tenant and his guests during their stay, including theft or damage of their property.
- We kindly request you to report any damage.
